Bella Rose Tutu Pink Tulle w/ Pink Ribbon

Our skirt has an elastic waist with an attached pink satin ribbon bow. It has four layers of pink tulle that are filled with pink flower petals. The skirt is finished off with pink satin ribbon along the hem. This tutu is so unique and beautiful. Matching leotard sold separately.
