Sturdy wood construction and easy assembly of this beautiful Grand Victorian will delight and entertain children for hours. This architectural beauty features three floors, six spacious rooms, oversize attic, inviting balconies, two pair of swinging french doors and two spiral staircases. Constructed of 1/4" birch plywood, this detailed design is built to take the demands of schools and day-care centers. Spire and roof assembly are designed to "break-away" if a child falls into them and then easily re-attach for continued fun. 1" to 1' scale. Adult assembly required. Measures 28"W x 13 1/2"D x 38"H. It is surely destined to become a family heirloom. Furniture is not included with dollhouse, but may be added for an extra charge.
